Why do we call it a free book when it's just a collection of pages? We've no
idea. Maybe we thought we'd let you download it in one exe and then changed our
minds and thought we could feed you more ads if we spread it over 100 pages. It
doesn't really matter. It's still free. We were originally going to charge $9.99 a go but decided that it was too
close to $10 and may scare some punters away. Besides, hey, if you need money
badly enough to sell your site then we shouldn't really be charging you anything
at all! So, we're giving it away. Just like that. Gratis. Non compos mentis.
Warning: We retain copyright (and the date of original creation of this content
